Fusion People are working in partnership with a well-established Project Home Developer to recruit for an experienced Production Estimator close to Paddington!

The Role:

• Detailed BOQ Production for materials, labour, equipment & overheads
• Obtain quotes from suppliers & subcontractors, negotiating pricing where necessary
• Track & manage costs and overruns through project lifecycle
• Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management & stakeholders 
• Training & supporting junior estimators
• Review of supplier agreements and pricing

The Estimator will be detail oriented, highly organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, as well as the following skillsets & experienced:

• 3-5+ Years Production Estimating 
• Proven Experience working for Project or Custom Home Builder
• Experience using Databuild & Plan Swift
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency 
• Driving Licence
