Fusion People are a boutique consultancy specializing in the Construction, Property & Engineering markets. Operating here in Australia since 2005, Fusion People is an international group of companies headquartered in the UK. 

We’re looking for a proactive Accounts Administrator to manage payroll data, process accounts, and provide essential administrative support to our  team. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in managing accounts or payroll, and a keen eye for detail to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Administering weekly timesheets and data entry using the Astute Payroll system
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable, including bills and ad-hoc payments
  • Providing general administrative support to a collaborative team
  • Monitoring and managing aged debtors to maintain accurate cash flow
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or accounts role
  • Ideally experienced in bookkeeping or managing financial accounts
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Confident with Excel spreadsheets, including formulas and data management
  • Able to work independently
